TRW Events Refund Policy

Overview

At TRW Company and TRW Events, we understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our Refund Policy to provide transparency around when and how customers can request refunds for ticket purchases. This policy covers the key details you need to know.

Refund Eligibility

First and foremost, tickets may be eligible for a full refund if the event is canceled by the organizer. Additionally, tickets may be eligible for a full refund if the customer cannot attend the event due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance, as long as the refund request is made at least 2 days prior to the event date. However, tickets are non-refundable if the refund request is made less than 2 days before the event date. It’s important to note that certain events or ticket types may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers should contact our Customer Support team at support@trw.sa within the eligible time frame. When submitting a refund request, please be sure to include the order number, event name and date, and the reason for the refund request, including any necessary documentation to support extenuating circumstances. Our team will review the request and process the refund, if eligible, within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Refund Exclusions

Lastly, it’s crucial to be aware that the following purchases are not eligible for refunds: tickets to events that have already occurred, tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers, and tickets that were part of a promotional offer or discount.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the policy before making a purchase, as the most current version will apply.
